Architectural Changes

In an effort to maintain neighborhood property values, all architectural changes are reviewed by the HOA Boards Architectural Committee.  All improvements to a homes exterior and landscaping are required to go through this quick and painless review.  In addition, if you need assistance with paint colors or other design choices, please contact the board for advice.  Pam Wooden, board president and licensed designer, is always available to help; complimentarily of course.
